MCI Sub Services

Master Client Index has the following sub-services as well:

1. MCI Location Registry service – this service is used to sync all the information from Location Registry and save it in the DB
2. Health ID service (/wiki/spaces/docs/pages/44630018)
3. Background task (to mark HID as Used) – This is a background task that will run and read for created patients. Then this task will send them to be mark as Used to the Health ID service
